Shipping and Handling
Every measure is taken to prevent damage to your purchase in packaging. This may require the use of special packaging, foam, tissue paper, and cardboard. The ultimate goal is to get your purchase to you in its original condition.
Shipping is only done through a traceable carrier. You will be emailed a tracking reference when your order has been shipped so that you may follow its progress. Carriers include FED EX Ground, Greyhound, and Post Office. The determining factor in choosing a carrier is your location.
At PuttingCyclops.com we will gladly accept your return for refund or exchange within 90 days of receipt of the product. If any item you receive from us is damaged, defective, simply return it to us. You may ship it back by following the few easy steps below.
After the shipment is received and processed by our Returns Center, you will be refunded for the cost of the product and sales tax, if applicable. Sorry, gift-wrapping charges (if any) are not refundable, and shipping charges are not refundable except in unusual circumstances. Processing your return, once we receive it, usually takes four business days.
This returns policy is strictly enforced, and no return will be accepted for refund or exchange unless the following steps are taken.
1) You must obtain a Prior Return Authorization Number from PuttingCyclops.com before any products will be accepted for return within 30 days of receipt of goods.
2) When application is made for authorization to return a product, the following information must be provided:
* Invoice Number
* Reason for Return
* Condition of Product
3) All returns must be by a traceable carrier or method as stipulated on the return authorization.
4) All special order items are subject to original manufacturers policy and warranties.
5) Any product that may contain limitations to this refund policy will be clearly stated in the description of that product.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any color will be accurate.
Return authorization must be obtained within 90 days of receipt of goods.
The Putting Cyclops Store will accept unworn clothing provided returned in original condition.
The Putting Cyclops Store will not accept misused, washed or worn clothing (unless due to factory defect).
The Putting Cyclops Store will have the option to repair, replace or refund purchases based on the individual situation.
The Putting Cyclops Store will take responsibility for freight on defective product only, exchanges are at the customers expense.
